Gideon (Dakota Ray), is forced to confront the dark corners of his own psyche when he becomes the sole caretaker for his mute, elderly grandfather, Rupert. After arriving at his grandfather's estate, Gideon begins a spiraling descent into madness, unaware that the house itself-laden with a chilling, ghostly presence-will push him toward a reckoning with his own inner demons. As he cares for Rupert, Gideon's unraveling sanity is mirrored by his deepening dive into self-destructive hedonism, snuff films, and nihilism. A stark exploration of moral decay, ''House of the Wizard's Blackened Soul'' is a haunting, Absinthe-soaked tale with gothic imagery and unsettling themes. The short film is a harrowing look into the depths of a man's corrupt soul, where the boundaries between reality and madness blur, and the consequences of a life led by vice come to fruition.
